Applicant privacy notice
We collect applicant information only for evaluating job applications. We do not sell candidate data or share it with advertisers.
What we collect
- Name and contact details.
- Application answers and public profile links you provide.
- Your uploaded CV.
- Basic submission metadata used to protect the application form.
How we use it
- To evaluate your application for the role you applied to.
- To contact you about next steps if your background appears to be a strong match.
- To keep basic operational logs such as confirmation email delivery attempts.
Retention and deletion
Rejected and withdrawn applications are retained for up to 12 months after last update. Other non-hired applications with no activity for 12 months are treated as inactive and should be deleted.

Storage and security
Candidate data and CV files are stored in the application backend and accessed only through authenticated admin workflows.
