We publish active roles, accept applications directly, and review candidates internally in PocketBase. Candidates do not need an account to apply.
Small-team process
Roles are listed only while they are open, and applications are reviewed by a small team.
Direct applications
Candidates submit their details, answer a few questions, and upload a PDF or Markdown CV.
Private review
Internal review, status updates, notes, and email logs live in the PocketBase admin UI.
